Bartlett - Established 1884 in New York City

The memorial is located near the stoplight in Mancelona on the north east corner of the intersection. I believe it was the site of the former train depot and now has been converted into a community park.

The memorial consists of a large boulder with a bronze plaque affixed to it reading "In memory of the Gen. Lyon Post of the GAR and the WRC" Dated 1924. The boulder and plaque are in good condition.
